This is a pretty good place to grab a bite before flying out of Ottawa airport (YOW). This is quite fancy for an airport - white table cloth, Coke in glass bottles and your own pepper mill for your salad. There are great views of the runways from here and it is fun to watch the planes come and go. My server was friendly and efficient. They have a pretty basic menu of cooked to order sandwiches and entrees. I had the Canadian Burger with a Caesar salad. Canadian beef tastes just like American beef to me, but it was cooked a little over to medium. The burger was good, but the toppings and the bun made it excellent. The bacon was crunchy and the veggies were crisp and fresh. The bun was fluffy, but held up well to the burger and its bounty of toppings. The salad was just OK, but I was full from the burger anyway. Overall, I suggest checking this place out if your travels take you to Canada's capital.

Horribly expensive airport food. If I could, I would give them zero stars. 4 of 5 burger plates were burnt. Burnt offerings. The salads had many brown bits. The salad was the best part of the meal. Greasy spoons are several steps up
Why did we pick it? Airport personnel recommended. Even said they would eat there. That sound good to us.
There was only one person waiting on tables. She really did care whether the food was burnt

Staff was just rude. Wanted to sit down for dinner but the woman behind the bar sort of yelled at us "hey hey, we're closed".
There must be more polite ways to say that, without shouting at customers.
